To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, we ask that you ensure your address is correct and 100% accurate with correct abbreviations and spaces where needed. Please note WE DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE INCORRECT INFORMATION.
If the package is a RETURNED NON-DELIVERABLE we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.
If you REFUSE ANY SHIPMENTS from The Happy Homebody, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must ADDRESS THIS WITH YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE. The Happy Homebody does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered.
We DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS for lost packages that state being delivered.
Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of being placed. Yes, even on weekends and most holidays.
After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take ONE BUSINESS DAY to process your order for standard shipping. The delivery time-frame is just an estimate and DOESN’T INCLUDE WEEKEND OR HOLIDAYS.
All our orders are subject to customs and tax charges, depending on the country you are shipping them to. We recommend you check your country's policy on this prior to ordering.
Usually a note will be posted through your door advising you of this charge, and your item will not be delivered or be available for collection until the charge has been paid. We are not able to refund any customs charges.
